1.4 Google API Limited Use Policy

CALLSATHI AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We use the contacts.readonly scope exclusively to let you sync your customers into your Callsathi AI dashboard for automated voice outreach (providing the application's core functionality).
  • We strictly do not use your Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
  • We do not use your Google Contacts for any other purpose, and we do not sell or transfer this data to third parties under any circumstances.

2. How We Use Your Information

Providing and improving our AI voice calling services
Training and improving our AI models for better accuracy(Exception: We strictly do not use Google Workspace API data, including Google Contacts, to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models)

  • AI Providers: For voice processing (OpenAI)
  • Payment Processors: For billing (Razorpay)
  • Legal & Compliance: As required by law or to protect our rights

8. International Data Transfers

CALLSATHI AI provides its core services from India. Your data may be transferred, stored, and processed in India and other regions where our service providers operate. We utilise infrastructure that adheres to international data transfer standards, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs) for transfers outside the EEA. We do not sell your data.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the latest revision.

10. Your Data Rights

Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023:

  • Right to Access — Request information about your data being processed
  • Right to Correction and Erasure — Request correction of inaccurate data or deletion
  • Right to Grievance Redressal — Lodge complaints about data processing
  • Right to Nominate — Nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf

11. Governing Law

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and TRAI regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
